School holiday have arrived, parents and teachers are gone. During this time, a girl and two boys form a love triangle: Does Rui love Rita, Nuno, or just the comedy of the situation? Does Nuno love Rita or rather need Rui? Rita doesn't do anything to stop the situation. Does she love anybody?

Miguel Gomes was born in Lisbon in 1972. In 1995, he graduated with a film production degree from the Lisbon Theatre and Cinema School. Today, he contributes to "Publico", the most influential daily newspaper in Portugal. "Entretanto" is Gomes' first film.
