We are familiar with Isild Le Besco thanks to the many films – features and shorts – in which she has acted, including Les Vacances and La Puce by Emmanuelle Bercot. She has been twice nominated at the Césars in the category of best new actress, for Sade by Benoît Jacquot (2001) and Cédric Khan's Roberto Succo (2002). Demi-tarif, her first film, was awarded the Junior Prize for best film script at the Paris Film Festival, as well as earning an award at the Emergence Contest.
