Magaly Richard-Serrano
Joseph is the manager of a French Boxing club, where he coaches his daughter and his niece. For this trio, boxing equals life. They can breathe only at its rhythm. A rhythm that Térésa, Joseph's wife, has ended up hating. The evening of the final of the French Championships, the defeat of one of the two girls will jeopardise the club's the survival, and break the family balance. Angie and Sandra used to be very close, but a dangerous rivalry has grown up between them. And it goes well beyond the boxing ring.

Magaly Richard-Serrano was born in Créteilin 1972. After two French championship titles for boxing, a diploma in cinema and a degree in art history, she made three shorts between 1993 and 2000: Papa a tué un ange, Va voir ici, viens voir ailleurs and Romantique ta mère ! She also gives writing and directing workshops with young people in difficulty in the APCVL. In 2000, she joined the scriptwriting workshop at La fémis, became a scriptwriter for television and started writing her first feature, Dans les cordes. Magaly Richard-Serrano is currently writing her next film, En mille morceaux
