Andrei Tanase
Claudiu works at the fresh fish counter of a big supermarket. Day by day, he watches the carps strug¬gling to move and breathe in their small, over packed aquarium. When one of the fish starts coughing like a human being, Claudiu decides to take action.

Born in Bucarestin 1982, Andrei Tănase went to the Caragiale University of Theatrical Arts and Cinematography (UNATC) where he wrote and directed several short films, including Myriapod and Love Forever. He worked for a while for Romanian television before taking part in various cinema projects and writing workshops. Claudiu & the Fishis the first short produced by Andrei Tanase.
