Juho Kuosmanen
Yasin and Marko are citizens of Helsinki. Plan A for both of them is to earn a living and live a decent life. Now, Marko needs to buy a car and Yasin wants to sell one. This simple act of selling a car turns into something unpleasant –and both men are forced to go on living according to Plan B.

Born in 1979, Juho Kuosmanen studies film directing at the University of Art and Design of Helsinki (UIAH), School of Motion Picture, Television and Production Design. He also works as an actor. Kaupunkilaisia is his first movie since he finished his studies, after Galaxien Ritari in 2006 and Kestomerkitsijät in 2007, also selected in competition in the Festival Premiers Plans d'Angers in the Films School section.
