Jan Sitta
Sophia, a 25-year-old woman, is thrown out of her hostel. She wanders the streets and keeps calling 115, the emergency number for the homeless, in the vain hope of finding a bed for the night. Gradually, she gives in to anxiety and the fear of ending up in the street, trapped by the concrete.

Jan Sitta was born in 1976 in Nice, France. After studying political sciences and training in acting at the École Régional d'Acteur de Cannes, he trained in directing at the École Supérieure d'Audiovisuelle de Toulouse (ESAV). For around 15 years he gained a great deal of artistic experience in the theatre and in cinema. After having met and worked with Katell Quillévéré and Hélier Cisterne on their first films, Jan Sitta focused on personal projects. Ceux qui restent debout is his first drama short.
