1 September 1905. A 17-year-old seminarian is arrested for the murder of a 12-year-old child. To understand his act, he is asked by doctors to tell the story of his life from his childhood up to the day of his crime. Based on the true story of Bruno Reidal, a young peasant from the Cantal, who fought against his murderous urges his whole life.

Born in Rennes in 1986, Vincent graduated in directing from La Fémis. He cofounded the production company Stank, with which he develops his projects, including Le Gouffre (2016 Prix Jean Vigo for short films). Bruno Reidal (Bruno Reidal, Confession of a Murderer), for which he was a Fondation Gan pour le Cinéma winner, is his first feature.
