Bernard Nissile was bborn in 1960. He has acted on stage with directors such as Luc Bondy ("A Winters' Tale"), John-Gabriel Borkmann, Patrice Chéreau ("Le retour au désert", "Hamlet") and Marcel Maréchal ("Les paravents"). On the cinema screen, he worked with Patrice Chéreau once again in "Hotel de France" and "La Reine Margot". "Bête de Scène" is the first film he has directed.
