Aleksandr Kisselev was born in 1960. He has worked as a sound engineer at Mosfilm. Marina Drozdova was born in 1964. They both studied journalism at Moscow University and often work together, whether as film critics for the Russian press, or as script writers. "Batman" is their first attempt at directing.
