A man marries a woman who doesn't love him but has promise to be faithfull. Years go by and she still does not love him. Their life together becomes a nightmare. Giving way to despair, the man confides in a friend who has come to spend a few days with them. This visit marks the beginning of his emancipation.

Linas Ryskus was born in 1970 in Kaunas, Lithuania. He initially studied Philosophy before getting a degree from the Music Academy of Lithuamia, in the Film and Television Department. "Baime", inspired by Tchekhov's novella "The Fear", is his first film.
