A young woman moves to her new apartment, where one of her new neighbors, a young man living alone, gets interested in her. Apartman is about trying to get in contact with others and failing.

Seyfi Teoman was born in Kayseri, Turkey in 1977. After studying economics at Bogazici university in Istanbul, he worked as assistant cameraman for ZDF german Television and assistant director for TV commercials in Istanbul. Apartman is his first short film as a director.
