Born in 1970, Adam Guzinski studied directing at the National School of Film, Television and Dramatic Art in Lodz from 1993 to 1998. There, he directed several short films, including Temptation in 1996 and Jakub in 1997, awarded Grand Prize by the Cinéfondation in Cannes. Since 1997, he has been working as a teaching assistant for directing classes. Antychryst is Adam Guzinski's first short film shot in 35mm since his graduation in 1998.
