Daniel Höpfner was born in 1971 in Neuburg an der Donau, and moved top West-Berlin in 1972. From 1988 to 1995, he is a free lance musician and composes music for low budget films. He studied animation at the HFF "Konrad Wolf" in Postdam-bablesberg. Since 2005, he is a free lance filmmaker and musician.
