Milagros Mumenthaler was born in 1977 en Argentina. She studies at the Cinema College in Buenos Aires where she achieves some fiction projects which are selected to various film festivals. After her studies, she directs her short film Amancay which has received the special mention of jury in the International Independant Cinema Festival in Buenos Aires.
