Born in 1969, Pedro Martins studied photography in Rio de Janeiro and filmmaking in Cuba. In Cearà, he directed his first short film A.M.A. CEARA, after he met the master Alves.Winner of the First Film Award given by the French General Consulate in Rio at the 6th Festival Mostra Curta Cinema in Rio de Janeiro.
