Born in Leonberg in 1993, Hannah Weissenborn had her first documentary film experiences during her travels in the USA, Mexico and Romania. Since autumn 2015, she has studied directing at the Filmakademie Baden-Württemberg, and has spent a guest semester at KHM in Cologne and at La Fémis.
