Born in 1966, Philip Hunt won first prize at St Martin's School of Art in 1988, then gaining a diploma from RCA. In 1992, he was awarded a grant by the Filmakademy. "Ah Pook is here" won a prize at the Ottawa festival for its experimental technique.
