Felix Klee is an artist, filmmaker and researcher based in Munich. His interdisciplinary practice investigates the entangled stories and histories of human and nonhuman animals. His work specifically looks at how technology shapes these relationships when capitalist production systems overlap with the life worlds of
nonhuman animals. His works have been screened and exhibited internationally. He frequently teaches at University of Film and Television Munich, where he met Leila Fatima Keita, a queer disabled filmmaker who has been studying documentary filmmaking and editing at the university. Together with the BIPoC group at her university, she advocates for anti-racist education. In her films, she is focused on themes of identity, civilization, and feminism.
