Tim Webb was born in 1960. After training as a dental technician and studying Arts, he joined the West Surrey College of Art and Design and graduated from the Animation Department in 1986. He has directed a documentary film on autism for Channel Four and currently works in the field of animation. 15th February was inspired by Peter Reading's poem.
