Bella Szederkényi was born in 1979. From 200 -2002 she studied film at the Pannónia Film Stúdió, before going on to the animation department of Moholy-Nagy University in Budapest, graduating in 2008. While there she made a dozen or so shorts, including Orsolya, her graduation film. Bella Szederkényi was a resident in Fontevraud in 2013.
