Müanyag égbolt (White Plastic Sky) aesthetically poses the question of hybridity for the future: could the human race metamorphose into something else and ensure its survival? It dares to outline the hypothesis that it could not be necessary to preserve humanity in its original form, with a gigantic mutation that would mark a new cycle of evolution. A shift in form that makes sense in terms of the film’s distinctive aesthetic. Halfway between live action and animation, Müanyag égbolt is the result of extensive rotoscoping, with flesh and blood actors and actresses are drawn over on the film, creating a visual friction that can make your head spin.
