Maria Inês Gonçalves, born in 1995 in Setúbal, Portugal, finished the Film Degree at the Lisbon Theatre and Film School (ESTC) in 2016, specialising in Editing. Throughout the course, she participated in several projects as assistant director, production supervisor and editor. Between September 2016 and April 2017, she worked as an assistant to director Salomé Lamas, in the areas of direction, production and editing. The film O Meu Pijama, a co-production with the Lisbon Theatre and Film School, is her first short film.
