Shooting
Jérôme Diamant-Berger

Eva and Leo just met... She is very excited about visiting the loft of her favourite artist... He is intimidated, though very happy to talk to someone, about his film project... He is going to direct her in his film, to get her into his world, to shrink her, and himself, like a puppet in his Méliès optical theatre to play all the parts in the film...

Author, director and producer of around 20 films, Shooting is his first short film in stereoscopic 3D...This technique has brought him face to face with the representation of reality, violently raising the issue, like a hard drug, of his own identity, and by extension, a broader questioning of creation. His first cinema film, L'Unique, was already almost in stereoscopic 3D as it told the story of a singer who is replaced by her holographic image and all the consequences of this...He is currently preparing a feature film, Shooting d'Artagnan, of which Shooting is the starting point.
