Emad Aleebrahim-Dehkordi was born in Teheran, Iran, in 1979. After cinema studies at the University of Teheran and Le Fresnoy - National Studio of Contemporary Arts in France, he developed a practice halfway between cinema and contemporary art. Mixing film, video, installations, his work has appeared in various festivals throughout the world and been exhibited in museums and contemporary art biennales. He is currently writing his first feature film Chevalier noir.
