Can high school friendships last a lifetime? One thing is for sure: before long, Aurore, Nours, Jeanne, Diane and the others will be saying goodbye to their boarding rooms, to swimming in the Drôme and to parties in the mountains. Louison will cut his dreadlocks and the little family will split up. For some of them, this is not the first time, and it hurts even more...

A graduate of La Fémis, Guillaume Brac directed two short films while studying there, Le Funambule, screened at Premiers Plans in 2006, and Une aventure de Valentine, broadcast on Arte in 2007. He then worked as an assistant to directors such as Arnaud des Pallières and Emmanuel Mouret. He set up his own production company (Année Zéro), with which he directed Le Naufragé (Stranded) (Premiers Plans 2010), produced short films, and directed a medium-length film Un monde sans femmes (A World Without Women) (Premiers Plans 2012), which met with success with critics and audiences alike following its theatrical release. His first feature film, Tonnerre, was selected for the Premiers Plans Festival in 2014. Since then, he has continued to make short and feature films, including L'île aux trésors (Treasure Island) (2018) and À l'abordage (All Hands on Deck) (2020).
